Please join us for our Second Annual OVP Community Classic Golf Scramble on Monday, May 6, 2024, at Guyan Golf & Country Club in Huntington! This community event will not only feature a great day of golf, contests, prizes, food, drink, and giveaways, but will also raise much-needed funds to support the OVP Foundation for Healthier Communities’ mission of improving the health and welfare of individuals and communities across our region. Lunch will be served at 11 a.m., with a shotgun start at noon, followed by an awards dinner. It won’t be long until summer has come and gone so it will be time for school to start once again. And to help you get ready, the OVP Foundation for Healthier Communities is hard at work planning its inaugural Back to School Bash. Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 22, from 4 to 7 p.m., to join us at Huntington’s Ritter Park Amphitheatre for a few hours of fun for the entire family, including live music and entertainment, food trucks, educational activities and games, and access to a wealth of educational resources. A major goal of the Back to School Bash is to collect or purchase much-needed school supplies for our teachers and students, so donations will be accepted at the door!
